How much will this service cost me?

The cost depends on the size of your organization, the volume of transactions and the number of fundraisers you have.  Packages start as low as $500 a month for smaller organizations with minimal transactions.

Do you have different packages with different levels of service?

Yes! We can do just the bookkeeping, or we can do everything from bill paying to pledge follow-up and much more.

Why do you focus specifically on nonprofits?

We are experienced in many nonprofits, and we understand the unique set of challenges they face. Most non-profits are not able to hire a full-time in-house bookkeeper and therefore get stuck with lower tier talent. We provide top level bookkeeping with CFO oversight to every mosad. 

Can I cancel at any time, or am I locked in?

You can cancel anytime, effective immediately. We do not lock clients in.

How can your service help my organization raise more money?

Because you will hand off the busy work that we can take care of, and do what only YOU can do: Run your organization and spearhead new projects.

How long will it take to get started?

A few days. We just need to review some parts of your books to get an idea of the scope, and then we will send you  a proposal!

Who will be doing my books?

We hire only professional and experienced bookkeepers. All work will be overseen by a certified public account with a CFO level.
